Will these fit my detector?

Check the plug size and the socket on your detector before ordering. A round socket alone does not prove compatibility. Contact us with your detector model if you are unsure.

Why bother with headphones at all?

Headphones let you listen to a compatible detector’s audio output without relying on its external speaker. They do not guarantee additional finds.

Are they wireless?

No, these are wired — and deliberately so. A cable means no battery to flatten halfway through a morning, no pairing to fail in a wet field, and no delay between the signal and the sound.

Can I wear them in the rain?

No waterproof rating is verified for these headphones. Keep them dry and follow the supplied care instructions.

Will I still hear what's around me?

Partly — that's the trade-off. They block wind and background noise, which is the point, so take one cup off if you're near livestock, a road or other people.

Do they need batteries?

No. They draw everything they need from the detector's headphone socket.
