For a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, email contact@terravynor.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photos can help us investigate. We will arrange the appropriate remedy under your statutory rights and cover any necessary return postage.
For missing tracking information, a delayed parcel or a delivery that cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. There is no 48-hour reporting deadline that removes your statutory rights.
To start a return under our 30-day free returns, email contact@terravynor.com with your order number. We confirm within 24 hours Monday to Friday and send you a prepaid return label with the return address already on it. Return postage is on us — you pay nothing.
Your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 applies in addition to this, and any clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.
