We share personal data only with the providers who help us run the store:
Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which hosts the Site and stores order data on secured servers;
Payment providers — to process your payment securely;
Delivery carriers and our order-tracking provider — your name, address and phone number, so your parcel can be delivered and tracked;
Email providers — to send order emails, and marketing emails if you have subscribed;
Analytics and advertising partners, including Google — see section 4.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to respond to a lawful request from an authority, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal data.
Some of these providers are outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Essential cookies support functions such as the basket and checkout. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies require your consent where applicable.
You can withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails. Your browser settings also allow you to manage cookies, although blocking essential cookies may affect the shopping experience.

We keep order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal retention obligations for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, then delete or anonymise them. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in the relevant tool.
You have the right to: be told what data we hold about you and get a copy of it; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data deleted, subject to our legal retention obligations; restrict or object to our processing, including profiling for advertising; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
How to exercise them. Email contact@terravynor.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to confirm that you control the email address linked to your orders. We respond within one month, as the law requires.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Our online store and checkout operate on Shopify, with payments processed through the enabled payment providers. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
