Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@terravynor.com. Returns are free: we provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Send the parcel back within 14 days of receiving the label. Your statutory cancellation rights apply separately.
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@terravynor.com with your order number.
Under our voluntary 30-day returns policy, items must be in new, unused condition, without signs of outdoor use, dirt, scratches or damage.
Return the item complete with all parts, accessories and documents, preferably in its original packaging.
Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Please send the parcel back within 14 days of receiving the label.
These conditions do not limit your statutory cancellation rights. You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a shop. Opening the packaging does not automatically remove those rights. Where legally permitted, a deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items remain covered by your statutory rights, regardless of these conditions. Replacement items also remain covered by those rights.
We pay it. Once your return is confirmed we email you a prepaid label with the return address already on it: print it, attach it to the parcel and drop it off. You do not need to find the address yourself and you will not be asked for any contribution to the postage.
Email contact@terravynor.com with your order number and, if you would like to tell us, the reason for the return.
We confirm within 24 hours Monday to Friday and send you your prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you have the label — a parcel sent without one cannot be traced to your order.
Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop the parcel off within 14 days of receiving it.
Separately from the 30-day returns above, UK law gives you a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, and then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Our 30-day policy is more generous than that minimum and does not replace or limit it. To cancel, simply email us — any clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact contact@terravynor.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video can help us assess the issue. We cover any necessary return postage.
Your statutory rights apply, including the appropriate right to a refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We check returned items and email you about the outcome.
For a statutory cancellation, we reimburse you without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. We may withhold reimbursement until one of those events occurs, unless the applicable law requires otherwise.
Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time to display a refund after we have issued it.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. For a statutory cancellation, a deduction may be made only where legally permitted for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
We explain the reason and amount of any deduction. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation right. These conditions do not exclude your rights regarding faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
Contact contact@terravynor.com if you would like a different model. We can explain the return process and availability before you place another order. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled under your statutory rights, as described above. We cover any necessary return postage.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have the right to reject them and obtain a full refund within 30 days of delivery, and after that to ask for a repair or replacement, or a price reduction. For the first six months after delivery, a fault is presumed to have been present at delivery unless we can show otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
You do not have to use this form — any clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough — but you may use it if you prefer. Complete it and return it to us by email.
